Organizational blogging and its impact business

Organizations require a strong communication line to support all units of business. Without a steady line for communication, costly errors are bound to appear. One great way of communicating not only with people inside and outside of an organization is through the use of blogs.

Blogs are not only used for connecting with people from outside the company but inside as well. Blogs can be used to promote the company, it can be used to showcase an organization’s innovations and new plans and agendas and it could also be used to reach new markets. A great example of these types of blogs can be found on Uprinting.com Blog. The site uses blogs as a medium for communicating with its clients as well as its employees. Organization’s not using blogs are missing out on a lot of things.

Because of the speed of the Internet in today’s setting, messages can now be related faster and more efficiently unlike a few decades earlier where a company memorandum had to be passed around from department to department. Blogs can also be used as a simple way of appreciating the value of an employee within the company. TheUPrinting Blog does the same thing. In it, employees that have lived up to the ideals of the company gets appreciated, even showcasing stories of their dedication and commitment to excellence that only UPrinting strives to achieve over other online printing firms.

Some corporate blogs are also open to the employees themselves. These types of blogs are used to add fresh ideas, comments and suggestions coming from the employees themselves. Other company’s on the other hand uses a separate blog for their employees and a different one for their clients or customers. The blogs for employees usually contain new directives and new policies as well as other news and events that relate to the company.

Blogs have become a very useful system of communication for companies and organizations. It won’t be long before corporations and even small businesses embrace the benefits that only blogs can offer.

Why Do Liberals Want Only Talk Radio Balanced? Why Not Let the Free Speech Marketplace Decide?

And why does Hillary want to take away our Internet Blogging Rights?
The people’s voice cannot be squashed out now! We are spoiled for FREE SPEECH, we will revolt—those who would try to take it away will fail, miserably.

Well because they don’t want people hear the truth or share a different view point. People like that only want you to hear the liberal media and the trash it feeds you.

English & Language Arts: Writing a Homeschooling Blog

Would you like to have your own online journal to share information, experiences, thoughts, opinions, advice, and suggestions about homeschooling and your life as a homeschool parent? Then consider starting a homeschool blog. Blogging is a more recent and very popular phenomenon on the Internet.

A blog, or “web log,” is an online journal website where you can post entries as often and as long or short as you’d like. Blogs are usually subject-based and are geared toward a specific audience, and in this case, your main subject would be about homeschooling, attracting a readership of homeschool students and homeschool families or other individuals interested in homeschooling. Blogs also feature comments that allow your readers to provide feedback to a particular entry.

If you’re concerned about the fact that your writing abilities may not be “good enough,” take heart. The blogging world is fairly casual. You don’t have to be a stellar writer and your grammar and spelling need not be perfect. You do, however, need to have something to say. You need to find a voice, write in an interesting, engaging style, post often (or at least regularly), and interact with your readers through comments.

First of all, what can you write about homeschooling, the homeschool life, and your homeschooler? There are endless ideas here. You can write about the different benefits of homeschooling, the challenges of having a homeschool, how to switch from public school to homeschool, personal experiences, your children as homeschool students, opportunities for homeschool families, and curriculum issues and ideas.

Now that you have some ideas of what to write, you need to find your writing style. First, try to write the way you speak or think. Forget about being technical or trying to be a professional-be natural and relaxed, like you’re having a conversation. For example, don’t just regurgitate online research about Homeschooling, talk about your real homeschool experiences as well as thoughts and stories about your homeschooler. Also, keep your audience in mind as you write, and finally, check out other blogs about homeschool families or homeschooling to get a feel for it.

Furthermore, make sure you write in your blog regularly. You will lose your readership fast if you’re sporadic. It’s best to write as often as you can, even if you write short entries about your particular day as a homeschool parent. Posting daily or every other day is generally recommended, but if you can’t, try at least to post regularly and consistently so your readers will know when your blog will be updated.

Finally, interact with your readership. If someone comments on one of your posts about your thoughts of the homeschool life, reply with your own feedback so your readers know you are interested in their responses.

Distribute your press release using Twitter

When Barack Obama, elected President of the United States, the last published in Twitter on 5 November had more than 90,000 faithful from the new year, if that number had grown to more than 150,000 – although the man does not publish a word since Day election!

It seems that everyone is "chirp" – The most powerful man in the world.

NASA, 10 Downing Street, BBC News, Steve Jobs Apple Corporation, and John Cleese are all happy "tweeters" and then regularly. They alone have over 40,000 followers on Twitter – users who receive each of their regular places.

There are more than 4 million users on Twitter with these 4 million people to send nearly a quarter of a million messages every month.

For a service that began in autumn 2006, which is really amazing growth, and even more amazing when you think a post on Twitter can do in 140 characters.

Links to other sites are allowed, but given the enthusiasm for the dominated Flash, Javascript-heavy, all signing, all web sites of the dance, the growth of Twitter is very surprising.

By its very limited and minimalist approach, the service reached its prey to violence at its first coming to the attention of bloggers around the world. A couple of years down the line, and almost all were initially criticized bloggers now have their own accounts and are "twittering" happy as a canary.

Even established BBC Rory Cellan-Jones said his admiration for the application in May 2008:

"I started thinking Twitter – the microblogging service that is the rage among the technorati – was just a fad for people who want to share much of his life rather boring. Until this morning.

"When I'm connected to my desktop Twitter application (sad, I know), which was alive with Tweets about the earthquake in China. Most of them were the famous technology blogger Robert Scoble, who is famous, perhaps famous for receiving a Twitter message every second day. "

It was used not only as a news service, but also as a means of raising funds, coverage of live events and campaigns.

As a new distribution system, the first came into its own in the autumn of 2007 at the outbreak of fire seasonal Carolina. "Tweets" are sent to users and was leaked to the Internet community in general. It was news of tens or even hundreds of people on the ground where the action is.

As a means of disseminating information, NASA has captured the application Media new and used for the distribution of the latest updates on its exploration activities on Mars the past using the Phoenix Mars Lander. Surprisingly, the world has been alerted to the presence of water on Mars, and not on the BBC, Fox News or CNN, but on Twitter!

With this exciting development was only matter of time before a press service began using Twitter to distribute articles and news service without press 001 has stepped up to the plate.

Launched on January 1, all major media categories 001 are also transmitted to the world through Twitter, although, of course, in a condensed version more than 140 characters.

It is too early to tell how popular this new type of service from the press is free, but if something as popular as other services news, then surely play a role in helping change the public relations strategy online.

twitter vs blogging

Which is more productive? Blogging vs Tweeting

It’s amazing how fast people change their opinions of social media sites.  I can remember back to the summer of 2008 when my business friends of mine dismissed Twitter as a waste of time.  As time goes on the micro-blogging site is only continuing to grow on me, and now the challenge exists in allocated my time and efforts between tweeting and blogging.  The following is a response to questions I field from numerous marketers and attempts to compare the two based on four parameters.

Effort

Many marketers are realizing that tweeting requires more effort than expected, due to the large number of tweets for those with significant followers.  Blogging necessitates effort in a different way, since each post is much longer yet fewer of them exist.  However, allocating your efforts evenly between the two will likely yield more immediate activity and response from your readers on Twitter.

Money

Comparing the monetization is probably a bit pre-mature.  Twitter is still quite new and thus trying to formulate a workable model for monetization.  Blogs’ more established framework lends itself to Google Adsense given a strong and consistent follower base.  Alternatively, Twitter doesn’t give users that capability.  So having a hundreds of thousands of people reading your tweets will not directly pay you anything.  View Twitter as merely an avenue to your money-generating sites online.

Results

Twitter garners more appeal to me as an online marketer, and personally it appeals to my instant gratification propensity in the way it can yield immediate results.  It’s a matter of a mouse-click to get your informative, news-worthy, humorous or bizarre thoughts to the world.  By contrast, a well scripted blog post could take days to attract the same number of eyes.

Time

The irony with Twitter lies in the time consumption users experience.  Unlike blogs, which can require more time in per-post writing, Twitter originally began with the hopes of limiting the time required to communicate with online social circles.   Despite this, Twitter users can decide their degree of involvement regardless of their following site.  Personally I try to limit my own Twitter use to an hour a day, which includes new tweets, responding to messages, and managing my followers/unfollowers.

So which is more productive?  Instead of jumping to hard and fast conclusions, I’d recommend social media junkies to use both and to achieve an inter-connected balance between the two.  The undeniable truth prevails: offering good quality content yields the highest productively.
