Customer privacy issues – Should banks like HDFC bank, in India be sued ?

Some of you may have faced similar issues and I wonder if you’ll were successful in highlighting it and brining it to the notice of the bank.
Recently I faced a lot of issues with a bank HDFC bank, in India. This is a big concern where in customers privacy could be at stake. Friend, you are right. However, know the country and its laws, you cannot sue them in court, but go direct to authorities or let this blog of yours, get picked up by a news paper.

I’ve been atheist for 20 years and have recently started an blogging bible study. I think that the best way to deconstruct biblical literalism is from within. I have been having a great time. Man the things that are in that book! It’s the first soap opera. I giggle while writing. My wife looks at me strangely, at times, but I’m having fun.
