BLOGGING. Which site is the best for a blog?
I am looking to create a blog. What is the best ones that you recommend that allow me to add videos, photos and have privacy settings?
I know blogger and blogspot are the most popular, but does that come with disadvantages? (I know there is limited originality in name of your site)
Please give me your thoughts- I always award a best answer.

You could also make one on Weebly. They use a different type of coding then my space, and they have every thing myspace does.
Weebly is easier to use, but its not as popular for blogs because it can be used for any type of website.

What websites can i use to make a myspace layout and them post it in blogs for other people to use?
i have no idea what sites i can use…i try to mess around with codes all the time and when i go to put it in a blog inside of a scroll box….the code inside of the scroll box will NOT work…but the original code will work….can someone please help me i have been trying to get a st pats layout up for about 2 weeks and i cannot do it…someone please help me!!!!!! ive used the
Putting HTML code inside a scroll box or textarea tags for people to copy/paste has to be deactivated. Use the character entity for the “<" symbol on all HTML tags of your code.

This will convert all HTML stuff to plain text. To provide WORKING code inside a "scroll" box. Just use the div tags and set your container with proper CSS styling.
I really think you need to get away from the blog type site if you are trying to use another template or add HTML code unless your blog editor allows you to edit your pages in code view.

Ladies Help Please — I love a foreign girl but I’m not perfect in English live conversation!?
It’s one year that I’m blogging and I was not looking for a date seriously (specially with foreign women and girls) because I’m not very perfect in English conversation but as you see my writing and vocabulary is well. For my blogging, people use to think I’m an expert in English but I just can write and I can not speak live and chat very well, so I fear to talk with foreign women. Also I write some blogs but with a translator. Now a very nice girl that I loved her and she also loves me and we are blogging for two~three months finaly said that want to talk with me, but I doubt to make a date because I fear she will think that I’m a liar and it would not have a future for us, specially when she see I’m not perfect in English live conversation and chat! Also I’m sure cutting will hurt both of us hardly! Any suggestion?

Blog Layout Templates Are Simple
The great thing about most blogging sites is that they provide you with templates that you can quickly use to design your site. This leaves you hours of time available for concentrating on the search engine optimization aspects of it.
The layout of your blog is a template. This template is going to be the workspace where you contribute blogs for the next few months. In order to prevent this space from becoming cluttered with links, it must be well organized in the first place.
Most blog software or online blogging sites comes with software. This software comes with a number of preformatted layouts that can help you put your links, archived blogs and other information away in an orderly fashion that is easy for readers to navigate.
Many of these templates are also very well designed and allow you to choose your own set of fonts and colors. There is also usually some kind of function that allows you to upload images and even directly create hoplinks. Most blogging sites come with a series of template that will put your blog elements where your readers expect them to be. These templates will allow you to set fonts and colors, decide if you want one gutter or several, and place your own artwork on the page. They will allow you to set up an archive, start a mailing list so your subscribers can be notified every time you post, and provide a standardized structure into which you can add the codes and features that will make your blog unique. Just remember that every blog host and package offers different features (some are simple but don’t allow imported art, some require HTML knowledge but offer great latitude in design).
Just keep in mind to choose a blogging template that does not conflict with your blog’s theme such as one for a teenage girl’s diary!

Picking the Best Free Blogging Site and Blogging for Profits
Choosing a free blogging site can feel overwhelming because there are so many options. There are several large free blog-hosting sites that dominate the blogosphere, but there are also smaller sites. Reliability is perhaps the best reason to opt for a large and well known free blogging site. However, very few people manage to reap the profits they want from their blog. Most people who attempt to make money with their blogs do not succeed for two reasons. The other trap that many bloggers fall into has to do with lack of planning. If you want to turn a profit as a blogger, the key to success is to make a realistic plan and stick with it.
To succeed at blogging for profit, the main thing that you will need is a large readership. The higher your traffic, the more advertisers will agree to pay you. However, cultivating the regular visitors that you will need in order to make a profit isn’t easy. As more and more blogs appear each day, having a great idea or a wonderful writing style is no longer enough to get attention. You need to be able to market your blog effectively.
Too many bloggers spend all of their time writing posts and almost no time marketing their project. To be certain, updating as often as you can is a great way to keep your blog high on blog rolls and high in blog search engines like technorati, and once your readers know that you update frequently they will return to your site on a regular basis. However, it does not matter how often you update if nobody is reading your page, so don’t skimp on the time that you spend drawing visitors to your site. To make your dreams of blogging for profit a reality, try decreasing your number of posts and using some of that time to draw new visitors by setting up link exchanges with other bloggers, making contacts in the blog community, and following other established modes of winning traffic.
Of course, even if you are a marketing genius or have a really great idea for a blog, success is not going to happen overnight. Building the kind of readership that blogging for profit requires takes time, and in all likelihood it will be at least several months before you are able to turn much of a profit. Try to stay committed to your blogging project during this initial rough period. To stay motivated, set goals for how often you will update and how many readers you want to attract, and then reward yourself for sticking with your plan.
