anybody who can help me with a project on language and gender in relation to blogs?
I have to carry out a linguistic analysis on blosg for a project, such as feminist stylistics and conversational analysis. Is there anyone who knows a lot about computer mediated communication and linguistics?
Hi there… I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and a Diploma of Speech and Drama, so I have a basic grounding in linguistics including phonetics. I also have a considerable interest in the use of social software, including blogs, as I work as an Educational Technology professional – my own blog, http://mlearning.edublogs.org , is currently ranked #108th most popular in Australia. With my background I have a considerable understanding of blogs as a tool for educational opportunities and social interaction.
If that’s of any possible help to you, you can contact me via my profile.
